Today’s post is in response to one of the requests I received a few weeks ago. One of you lovely readers said, “A post about what’s on your iPod would be sweet!” So, I’m going to share the various kinds of playlists I have on my iPod as well as the top three most played songs on each of them.

These are the playlists I currently have on my iPod:
Acoustic
This playlist is pretty self-explanatory, all the songs on here are originally acoustic or acoustic covers of others songs.
This – Ed Sheeran
Give Me Love – Ed Sheeran
Truly, Madly, Deeply – One Direction
“No!” Jimmy Protested
This playlist consists of all things One Direction and nothing else. You could definitely say I’m a big fan of their music…
What Makes You Beautiful – One Direction
Gotta Be You – One Direction
More Than This – One Direction
Background Noise
This is the playlist I turn on when I’m doing homework and I don’t want to worry about having to change the song. It allows me have some background music playing while I do other things.
Estoy Aqui -Shakira
Give Your Heart a Break – Demi Lovato
Babel – Mumford & Sons
Calm
Typically I’ll listen to this before going to bed or if I’m having trouble falling asleep.
Autumn Leaves – Ed Sheeran
Gravity – Sara Bareilles
Tomorrow Will Be Kinder – The Secret Sisters
Choreo
Since I’m a dancer I have a tendency to picture the different kinds of dances you could do to any song. These are just a few songs that I want to choreograph with in the future.
Cannonball – Little Mix
This Song is About You – Olly Murs
Sail – Awolnation
Country
Yet again, another self-explanatory title. I absolutely love country music so this playlist gets plenty of use.
Summer Girl – Leighton Meester
Even If It Breaks Your Heart – Eli Young Band
Easy – Rascal Flatts & Natasha Beddingfield
Disney
As my friend Shelby and I always say, we’re Disney princesses on the inside. I am such a Disney girl and I have been since I was little! Disney music never fails to put me in a good mood.
Under The Sea – Samuel E. Wright (from Little Mermaid)
When Will My Life Begin – Mandy Moore (from Tangled)
Something There – Paige O’Hara & Robby Benson (from Beauty and the Beast)
Turn It Up
This is the playlist I tend to turn on when I’m trying to wake up in the morning or when I have to clean my room.
Back For You – One Direction
Everybody Talks – Neon Trees
Good Time (feat. Carly Rae Jepsen) – Owl City
Old Sounds
These are all older songs or songs that have that sort of vintage feeling to them.
I’ve Got The World on a String – Michael Bublé
Something Stupid – Frank and Nancy Sinatra
Can’t Help Falling in Love – Elvis Presley
Yea, I Work Out
These are the song I play when I go running. They’re all pump up songs for me in either their beat or their lyrics.
Disturbia -Rihanna
No Other One – Taio Cruz
Hollywood Dream – The Ready Set
Favorites
Self-explanatory, but these are the songs I listen to the most, concentrated into one playlist.
What Make You Beautiful – One Direction
Together (feat. Jason Derulo) – Demi Lovato
Paradise – Coldplay
What kind of playlists do you have on your iPod?
