Some of you may have noticed that I haven’t blogged for the last few days or been as active on social media as usual… Want to know why?
RECRUITMENT!
My chapter, Chi Omega Lambda Mu, just finished up Panhellenic recruitment this weekend, so I’ve been crazy busy prepping for and participating in recruitment. My sisters and I had such a great time recruiting this year and all of the girls going through rush were absolutely amazing! Our chapter was incredibly blessed and we got sixty-nine absolutely fabulous new members yesterday evening at Bid Day (technically night). I am super excited to get to know all of our new members and to see how they flourish within our chapter. I also want to congratulate all of the other Panhellenic sororities on our campus for such a great recruitment this year! As I mentioned earlier, the girls I met throughout recruitment were amazing, so Greek Life has definitely been kicked up a notch this year on campus and there are lots of wonderful new members in all of the organizations!
Blogging will be back to normal shortly and I’ll also be posting some recruitment pictures and posts in the next week or so!
P.S. To learn about my recruitment experience as a PNM (potential new member) in Fall 2013 you can take a peek at the reflection video I made this summer talking about my experience. Linked HERE
