It’s one of my favorite times of year once again… It’s time for Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale, which is basically the equivalent of Christmas in July for anyone who loves shopping as much as I do.
I’ve been shopping Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale for as long as I can remember! My mom and I used to shop the sale to get all of my back-to-school shoes and clothes each year. I have incredibly fond memories of leaving the children’s shoe department during the sale as a little one, clutching a balloon and an Anniversary Sale shopping bag that held a brand new, shiny pair of patent leather mary janes. As I’ve grown older and as my taste in clothing (and shoes) has evolved I’ve continued to shop the sale with my friends and it’s something that I look forward to each year!
For today’s post, I’m giving you the inside scoop on everything you need to know about and be aware of for the Anniversary Sale. I’ll also be posting again tomorrow with a recap of all of my favorites from the sale, so be sure to check back for that. Early Access starts tomorrow, so what are you waiting for? Keep reading!
What is Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale?
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is when Nordstrom pre-releases a ton of their new fall products and lines at a significant discount! The sale is their biggest of the year and they feature tons of popular brands and products, as well as some products which are exclusive to the sale! After the sale, all the prices go up to their regular price for the season, so now is the time to shop!
When is the Sale?
Early Access begins July 13th (TOMORROW!) and the public sale this year runs from July 21st through August 6th. To shop Early Access you have to be a Nordstrom Cardholder, but signing up is super easy! Last year was the first year I had Nordstrom card and I can honestly tell you that it made all the difference! I was able to get my hands on everything that I’d seen online, in store, and in the catalog in every color and size that I wanted. There are still a ton of pieces available after Early Access ends and the sale goes public, but you’ve got the best chance to get everything on your wish list if you shop Early Access with a Nordstrom Card.
What items are included in the sale?
Nordstrom always has absolutely amazing discounts during their sale on riding boots, bags, denim, athleisure, accessories, jewelry, home decor, clothing, beauty and so much more! (Basically, all of your fall essentials will be included in this sale.) I’m going to be going through everything and picking out all of the best deals and the pieces that will sell out quickest so that you can snatch them up with Early Access before they’re all gone!
