Six years ago, on January 20th, 2012, I sat down at one of the computers in the basement lab of Loyola Academy (my high school) and published the first blog post to ever go live on Bowtiful Life. It was a very brief and simple introduction, just a few seemingly insignificant paragraphs. I had no idea as I pressed “publish” on that very first post that I’d be sitting here, 6 years later, still writing and creating content for Bowtiful Life. What a wild ride it has been!!!

This blog started out as a fun little hobby for myself during high school to pass time and share my style with others. From there, it’s grown to become a huge part of my life and also a business! If you had told me six years ago that I would be working with big name brands and going to some of the events I’ve had the honor to attend I’d probably call you crazy. I’ve had the chance to work with so many incredible brands and companies through Bowtiful Life! To name just a few of my faves: Spirit Jersey, PB Teen, Topshop, H&M, Teen Vogue, Made Magazine, Coca Cola, Covergirl, Odyssey Cruises, RXBAR, and so many more! I’m so grateful to have had so many cool opportunities as a young twenty-something thanks to Bowtiful Life.
I consider myself so lucky to have this platform, the amazing community of bloggers in Chicago and all of the incredible readers and followers that have joined me on this journey. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! None of this would have been possible without the outpouring of support I’ve received over the years from family, friends, readers, and fellow bloggers.
I’ve had the honor to meet some of my readers throughout the years and each and every single one of those interactions has made my heart so incredibly full! It’s one thing to see the pageviews and numbers associated with the following that Bowtiful Life has gained over the years, but meeting readers in person is one of the coolest things I’ve ever experienced. (It seriously gives me chills every time!) You’re all SO incredibly sweet and I’m so thankful for everyone who’s said hi throughout the years! Your kind words and support seriously mean the world to me! For those of you who I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting in person (at least not yet), thank you for your constant support, reading Bowtiful Life, and keeping up with this crazy life of mine via my various social channels. Every time I meet one of you or receive a sweet email or DM it seriously puts the biggest smile on my face and makes my day! I can’t say thank you enough. I am so grateful for all of you! ❤️
