Office Depot was generous enough to send me on a little shopping spree recently to stock up on some much needed essentials for spring semester! I had a great time picking out some cute stuff to improve the organization of my desk as well as plenty of necessary school supplies for my new classes! I'm so much more organized this semester and I haven't been as stressed about temporarily misplacing things. Check out the bottom of the post for links to everything that I picked out! Friday Five
I haven't done one of these Friday Five posts in what feels like forever! Here's what has been going on during this crazy week...1. Spring Semester '14 I am absolutely in love with my schedule and my classes this semester! I'm taking a lot of classes relating to my major, comm studies, and I'm downtown quite a bit. I was actually able to pop into a few of my favorite shops on Michigan Avenue this week after I was done with my classes for the day. I'm loving this city lifestyle!via …
Life on The A-List
Christmas is coming!!! I am officially on winter break for the next month and I could not be happier! I'm so excited to spend time with all of my friends who came home for break and just to BE home in general. Going along with the upcoming holidays, I have a giveaway for all of you that I am personally so excited about! Recently I've been absolutely in love with this heart-stamped Chi O necklace I got from A-List Greek and it has become a staple piece of jewelry for me (I wear it constantly!). …

Chi Omega Semi Formal
I had an extremely busy and fun weekend last week! On Saturday evening, Chi Omega had our semi formal at Bar Louie downtown and on Sunday afternoon our chapter had slating (aka we picked our new executive board). I had such an amazing time on Saturday with everyone! I love getting dressed up for any occasion, but especially for fancier events like this. Before heading downtown with everyone, a few friends and I took pictures together on campus with our dates since everyone was all dressed up and …
Dodge a Ball, Make a Wish
This weekend my sorority held our annual philanthropy event for the Make a Wish Foundation! We spent the week selling hair ties, bracelets, and Jamba Juice around campus, followed by a dodgeball tournament on Sunday. Lots of people came out to participate and help out, so we were able to raise over $11,000! With the money that we've raised up to this point, we are able to grant two wishes to children with life threatening illnesses. Hosting this event with my sisters was such a rewarding …

Big/Little Week
My sorority had Big/Little reveal this past Friday! The way that Chi Omega at my school goes about the whole process of Big/Little week is by doing daily secret gifts for the Littles and then the Bigs get revealed at the end. My Big spoiled me! Every night I went to the designated room to pick up my gift and was so surprised by what was left for me (and my TWIN!) Yep, I'm a twin! My twin, Fiona, and I got lots of sweets, cute crafts, and adorable owls from our Big, Lucy.Day 1 via InstagramDay 2 …
Pre-Big/Little Week
As I've discussed in a few past posts, I'm a new member in a fabulous sorority, Chi Omega. This week is a HUGE deal because it's Big/Little week! I get to find out this coming Friday who my Big is and I am so beyond excited! All of the potential Bigs are absolutely amazing and they were all told yesterday who their Littles are. The fact that my Big knows I'm her Little already is so crazy and exciting, I can't wait to find out who she is and I can't believe that I'm a Little!via …
Fall Break
Today is my last day of fall break! That being said, this hiatus from school has been absolutely wonderful and oh so necessary. I've been sleeping (er... catching up on sleep), reading, latte drinking, shopping, catching up on my favorite TV shows, and lots of hanging out with friends and family. My roommate and I like to make Grumpy Cat jokes.... so this was necessarilywritten on our whiteboard before we left our dorm for break.Yesterday I went to lunch with a few of my fabulous ChiO …
