Big Little Week
I posted earlier this week about my fabulous Little, Mollie! Now that reveal is over, I can finally share the fun crafts and gifts I gave her during Big/Little week! You have no idea how badly I wanted to post some of these crafts on Instagram right after I made them, but Mollie was already following me, so she'd have known immediately after getting her presents that I was her Big! Patience is a virtue. I'm so excited to finally share everything with all of you and show off a few of the crafts …

As I mentioned in my previous post, this weekend I was super busy recruiting with my sorority, Chi Omega Lambda Mu! We had an amazing time meeting the numerous PNMs going through rush and we got so many fabulous new members! I know that I've been bombarding all forms of social media with recruitment pictures recently, but I wanted to share a few more here on the blog to recap this fantastic experience! {So fair warning, this post is picture heavy.} It was such a blast to be on the other side of …

Sigma Chi Derby Days ’14
It's that time of year again! Derby Days officially begins tomorrow on my campus and I am so excited! For those of you who are thinking, "what the heck is this Derby Days thing?" one of the fraternities on our campus, Sigma Chi - Lambda Nu, raises money for the Huntsman Cancer Institute each year by hosting a full week of events and activities. Along with my chapter, I'm raising money this year for Derby Days and I would be extremely grateful if you'd donate to the cause! I've given …
Etsy Shop ~ Bowtiful Life Designs NOW OPEN
I've posted plenty of pictures in the past on my Instagram of various Lilly Pulitzer and sorority themed projects I've done for friends and as custom orders. I'm a big fan of crafting and I've finally opened an Etsy shop to offer a variety of pieces for purchase by my readers and fellow Lilly-lovers! I've been wanting to do this for a while and I'm super excited that I've finally gotten my shop up and running! Be sure to check out the shop page as I'll be adding to it over time. I'm also …
“Only The Best Get Picked” – Fall Bid Day ’14
As many of you may know from my Instagrams this weekend, my chapter held Fall Bid Day for informal recruitment this weekend! We got some absolutely AMAZING girls and I can't wait to see how they add to our chapter and flourish in Chi Omega. Our theme was very floral and was based on the phrase "Only the best get picked" Aren't we punny? ;) I wanted to share some more of the fun pictures from bid day and I didn't want to blow up anyone's Instagram or Tumblr feed, so here they are! Be sure to …
Week 1 Recap – Sophomore Year
I'm officially done with my first week of classes and I could not be happier to be back. There's something about being at school and being busy that automatically puts me in a great mood. I'm only feeling slightly stressed as I familiarize myself with a new schedule and living space, but that's to be expected. So far I really like all of my classes and teachers and I'm feeling pretty positive about this semester. It's going to be packed and require a lot of work, but I'm ready for …
My Sorority Recruitment Experience {video}
As many of my readers know, I'm in a sorority (and proud of it)! Last fall I took part in Panhellenic Recruitment on my college campus (aka Rush) and I joined my school's Chi Omega chapter! I get a lot of questions about Recruitment from readers who are considering rushing, so I thought I'd make a video talking a little bit about my experience! If you're planning on going through Recruitment, then I wish you the best of luck. It's an amazing experience if you go in with the right …
